SP Student’s Performance Review ad Reward Initiative

On 29th March 2025, a new initiative was started at Sahaj Pathshala, Vijaya Gardens, Baridih (Jharkhand), under the guidance of Mita Ma’am. She proposed a system where, every three months, students’ activities and progress would be reviewed. Based on their overall development, scores would be given, and one student from each of the junior and senior groups would be selected for appreciation.

The aim is to motivate students by recognizing their efforts. Giving them small gifts as rewards will not only make them happy but also encourage them to stay active and consistent in their learning and participation.

This activity is expected to create a positive and healthy environment where children naturally aim to improve. Students will be motivated to do their best in both studies and other activities, helping them grow and perform better over time. The goal is to help them discover their strengths and feel proud of what they achieve.

Following this system, at the end of March, two students were chosen for showing clear improvement over the past three months. Anuradha from Class 6 (Senior) and Diya Kumari from Class 5 (Junior) received prizes as a sign of encouragement. This small step has the potential to bring long-lasting positive changes in students’ attitude and performance.
