5th July 2024: Two-Day Training Program by Relearn Foundation in Collaboration with Catholic Charities

On July 5th and 6th, 2024, the Relearn Foundation, in collaboration with Catholic Charities, conducted a two-day training program in Jamshedpur, inaugurated by Dr. Mita Tarafder and Father Birendra Tete. The first day featured workshops led by Mrs. Malti, Ms. Namrata Raj, and Mrs. Laxmi Kundu, where students learned to make green garbage bags and envelopes from waste newspapers and A4-sized paper. The day also included a competition on waste management and environmentally friendly ideas, with prizes awarded to the top three entries. On the second day, Mr. Dipak Dhibar, Mr. Mahesh Pramanik, and Ms. Namrata Raj guided students in creating emergency lights from electronic waste. The program successfully imparted practical skills in sustainable waste management, fostering creativity and environmental stewardship among the students.
